The Lexington Park Building includes a 6700 sq. ft. indoor facility, a fully-equipped kitchen, 52 tables (20 - 5ft round tables, 16 - 12ft rectangular tables) 350 metal chairs, and a covered bar-b-que pit area. The kitchen features a large commerical refrigerator, multiple large sinks, an 8-burner gas range with double ovens, and a generous prep area. 

There have been many improvements done with the park building, and more are still to come. Firstly, the outdated range has been upgraded to a modern 8-burner gas range with dual ovens. New wall color has provided a major "facelift" to the classic, timeless interior. The countertop area separating the kitchen area from the main venue space has been renovated to match the new interior.
